Stalida

Also called Stalis, this little laidback resort is situated on the north coast right between Hersonissos and Malia and although a very popular resort it is quieter than its livelier neighbours. It has a beautiful, long, sandy beach and you can find a great selection of accommodation, cafes, taverns, small shops and bars. Of course for more alternatives of amusement you can always go to nearby Malia or Hersonissos. The beaches of the area are all beautiful, some of them are sandy and others rocky and ideal for snorkelling. There are water sport facilities (water ski, jet ski, parasailing, windsurfing, banana, pedals, canoeing) on the beach.
